These terms apply to purchases from OurStory. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Your content
You provide the memories, names, dates, photographs and preferences used to create the keepsake. You confirm that the material is accurate, lawful and yours to use, and that you have permission from identifiable people where required.
AI-assisted content and approval
Our service uses AI-assisted writing and automated design. A free sample shows the direction. After checkout, you receive a complete digital proof. Review names, dates, spelling, photographs, layout and all other content carefully. Nothing is sent to print until the final proof is approved. Approval authorises production of that proof.
Orders
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order if content cannot be produced lawfully or safely, payment is not authorised or a product is unavailable; amounts paid for the affected order will be refunded.
Delivery and problems
Every item is made to order. Delivery dates are estimates. If an item is damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof, contact us promptly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
