Our first launch is for United Kingdom delivery addresses only. Shopify checkout is restricted to UK destinations.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is £4.99 for orders under £50 and free for orders of £50 or more. Express UK delivery is £6.99. The charge and available service are shown before payment.
Timing
Production begins only after you approve the complete digital proof and OurStory completes its final print check. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after proof approval and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or high demand.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking is provided when available. Check the recipient and address before payment and proof approval because changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch. For delayed, missing or damaged parcels, contact us with the Shopify order number.
