OurStory items are made to your specifications using your photographs, names and memories.
Before approval
You may ask to cancel before approving the final proof. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
After approval
Approving the proof authorises production. Because the item is personalised, it cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind after production begins.
Damage, defects or errors
If the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof, email teni.okubadejo@gmail.com promptly with the order number and photographs. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, reprint or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
