OurStory (“we”, “us” or “our”) creates personalised relationship keepsakes from information and photographs you choose to provide.
Information we collect
We may collect names, email, billing and delivery details, order and payment status, device information and communications. To create a keepsake, we also collect the memories, occasions, dates, answers, style choices and photographs you submit. Only submit material you have the right and permission to use.
How we use it
We use this information to create your private sample and paid proof, process payment, obtain approval, produce and deliver the order, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not publish your memories or photographs or use them in advertising without separate permission.
Service providers
We use Shopify for the store and checkout, Supabase for project data and file storage, OpenAI to help generate personalised text, and Prodigi and its partners to manufacture and deliver approved products. Payment providers process card details; we do not receive your full card number.
International processing, retention and security
Some providers may process data outside the UK using recognised safeguards where required. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support orders and meet legal duties. We use access controls and private storage, although no online system is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email teni.okubadejo@gmail.com. UK customers may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
